Yeast Infection and Flu - Common Facts That You Should Get Prepared If You Are Doing the Diet

This article will help and describe connection and example about yeast infection and flu, in particular when you are on the candida diet. So you are on anti candida diet but have trouble with your body, in this case flu. Here is a nice case which my friend, Lucy, has.

She has come down with flu, complete with diarrhea, and the normal things that she would treat it with all have sugars of some type. Pepto Bismol has manitol, Pedialyte (for dehydration) has dextrose and fructose.

Eating a clear liquid diet usually means things like apple juice and jelly. A brat diet has bananas, apples, white rice, toast, all of which are not appropriate for a candida diet.

She has problems becoming dehydrated and having her blood pressure drop real low, and she also develops heart problems when her electrolytes become depleted, so in the past she has always used Pedialyte for the yeast treatment.

She doesn't want to end up in the hospital for this, which has happened to her in the past, if she could prevent that. But she also doesn't want to loose all the ground that she has struggled so hard to gain in getting rid of the candida. So how would you treat the condition of yeast infection and flu like that?

In my own experience, when I feel like I'm getting the flu I take Echinacea, stayed on my rotations, acidolpholis. Of course for this I have to stay relax and don't burden myself with heavy works.
