More recently, Dr. Robert Young, Ph.D, a microbiologist and author of the book "The pH Miracle" says, "There is only one sickness and only one disease: over-acidification of the body due to an inverted way of living, eating and thinking."

Dr. Young's study suggests that our optimal body pH should be at 7.365 on the pH scale, which is slightly alkaline. When our balance is off, even slightly, just like our body temperature, our health suffers. As the body becomes too acidic it loses it's potential to Ant.
